Pax Christi Catholic Church is seeking applicants for a part-time Administrative Assistant position. As an integral member of the parish ministry team, the Administrative Assistant has multiple responsibilities, including but not limited to, providing secretarial services for parish staff; recruiting, training and oversight of volunteer office staff, and assisting in financial office. Applicants should have at least five years’ experience in office work, working knowledge of Word, Excel and Publisher and exhibit a willingness and ability to learn other parish program [Church Office and Quick Books). This position is part time (25 hours/week), with a non-exempt status, and benefits in accordance with Diocesan policies.
