Pax Christi is seeking to fill a temporary secretarial position to assist with our planned capital campaign. The position will run from August 11, 2016 to January 20, 2017, 20 hours per week. Duties include word processing (MS Word and Excel); contact management (Outlook); database management (Access); basic publishing (Publisher); coordination and organization of meetings and mailings; gift processing; filing and record keeping; and assistance in coordinating preparation of various promotional materials and events.
